Bookkeeping done by a CPA, not just a bookkeeper

Common questions

Do you work with businesses outside Austin?

Yes. Local clients are in Austin and Central Texas, and I work with businesses nationwide remotely. Notary service is Central Texas only, since it has to be in person.

My books are years behind. Is that a problem?

No. It's one of the most common reasons people call. Cleanup is priced separately from monthly work, and we'd scope it on the first call once I've seen the file.

Do you file my taxes?

No. I don't prepare returns, but I deliver books your preparer can work from.

Do you work in software other than QuickBooks?

No — QuickBooks Online only. Specializing in one platform means fewer surprises and faster work.

What do you need to get started?

Access to your QuickBooks Online file and read-only access to the bank and credit card accounts you want reconciled.
